CATIC's Pandemic Resources

As our nation works to navigate the challenges of the Coronavirus situation, CATIC remains dedicated to its staff, agents, lenders, Realtors, and other partners. We are open for business and ready and able to help you with matters that arise. Please contact our staff should you need assistance in handling impediments that you encounter in your practice. While most of our staff is working remotely, we continue to handle phone and email requests as quickly as possible.

In order to have you stay on top of this evolving situation, we will be sending out agent notices that contain specific contact information and other relevant material regularly. Please be on the lookout for these notices.

This webpage has been created to provide a resource in our collective efforts to deal with the situation. It contains contact information, lists of town hall and registry closings, suggestions for contract addendums, title insurance coverage matters, and helpful links. We have also included links to previous agent alerts that we have sent out, so that all of the information is in one place. The webpage is being regularly updated as we learn of new information or other matters that may help us manage in these difficult times.

CATIC’s Municipal Guide gives you contact information for all of the municipal offices. Download the app on the iTunes Store or on Google Play. Search for “CATIC Municipal Guide” or click here for more information.

Another resource recently added to our website provides a list of potential programs for small businesses should you need financial assistanceClick here to access the information.

Please reach out and let us know how we can help.

NOTE: This page is being updated in real time so please continue to check back for further updates.

SBA Disaster Loan Program

Although the SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program is not new, this is the first time that a pandemic event has been defined as a disaster. The program offers low interest loans with a 30-year term, with the first payment deferred for one year. Click here to read a Forbes article about the loan program and provisions of the CARES Act.
