National Agency

Kyle oversees the national and multi-state division within The CATIC Family of Companies. He is a 30-plus year veteran of the title insurance industry, having held executive leadership positions for several regional title insurance underwriters and multi-state title agencies. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Executive Vice President, Agency for two large regional title insurance underwriters, overseeing national agency expansion efforts and company revenue growth.

In addition, Kyle has served on the Legislative Committee for the Missouri Land Title Association and has been a past speaker/panelist at several Land Title Association conferences. He has also taught continuing legal education courses for the National Business Institute, and has received awards for organizational excellence from the American Society of Quality. Kyle is a graduate of Michigan State University (B.A.) and Washburn University School of Law (J.D.).

Christine Huff serves as CATIC's Vice President & National Agency Manager. Christine is a 30-year industry veteran, having spent 29 of those years working for the industry’s largest national underwriter and having spent the remainder of the time working for a smaller regional underwriter, assisting them with key growth and strategic initiatives. She brings with her a broad range of knowledge and experience having worked in multiple departments and roles throughout her lengthy career, including the Title Plant, Accounting, Legal/Underwriting, National Agency Administration, and National Agency Sales. Christine will be based out of the Central Florida area.

Anthony Nalbone serves as CATIC's Vice President & National Agency Manager. Anthony is a 25-year veteran of the title and mortgage industries, having spent time working for two national underwriters, a regional underwriter and holding senior leadership roles in two large national agent organizations. He has expertise with forming RESPA and state-compliant Joint Ventures and Affiliated Business Arrangements (AfBAs). He has been a long-standing member of the Real Estate Services Providers Council and has served on RESPRO's board. Anthony is based out of Glen Allen, VA.

Bart serves as our Vice President, National Underwriting Counsel, in support of the National Agency Division. He is the primary point of contact for national agents with underwriting concerns, and is a member of the Bar in Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania. Bart holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bart started in this industry as the chief legal officer and agent for a startup national title agency, followed by over ten successful years as national underwriting counsel for one of the largest title insurance companies in the country. His overriding underwriting philosophy is to get to “yes” by working with agents and their clients to understand the issues and find mutually acceptable resolutions to minimize risk to all parties. Bart is a lifelong learner and teacher, and works diligently to inform clients and colleagues on title insurance issues.

He is a former US Air Force officer and adjunct professor for Strategic Business Planning, Business Law, and Ethics for MBA students and undergraduates. Bart and his wife Diane and two sons love to travel and explore cultures nationally and internationally. Having grown up in the Pittsburgh area, he is naturally an avid fan of the resurgent Steelers and future national football champion Penn State Nittany Lions!
