Deb is a Florida Board Certified Real Estate Attorney and is also licensed in Michigan and Ohio. Deb is a current member and Past Chair of the Real Estate Certification Committee of the State Bar of Florida. She is a former Director of the Florida Land Title Association and Past Chair of its Forms committee. As an active member of the Executive Council of RPPTL (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law) Section of the Florida Bar, Deb is currently Vice-Chair of the Real Property Finance and Lending committee and serves on several other real estate committees. She is a frequent speaker and author at both the state and national level on topics related to current developments in real estate and title insurance.

Prior to joining CATIC, Deb was Senior Commercial Underwriting Counsel for two national underwriters providing her with over 20 years of experience in handling complex real estate transactions. She is a proud graduate of the Honors College of The Michigan State University with a B.S. in theoretical mathematics. Deb obtained her J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

Brian comes to CATIC with many years of experience working in the title insurance industry, most recently and for the past almost 15 years as AVP/Agency Account Manager and the top producing sales agent for one of the large national title insurance companies. In his new position with CATIC, Brian will be responsible for agency business development and service, including the recruitment of new agents and all related tasks and duties.

Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Radio-Television from the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation, he worked for one of the local television stations as a sportscaster, prior to entering the title insurance profession.

Sanjiv is a member of the Florida Bar, and has been a member of the Florida Land Title Association, as well as the Title Issues & Standards, Title Insurance & Title Insurance Liaison Committees of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Before joining CATIC, Sanjiv was senior litigation counsel for a national title insurance underwriter. He has more than 20 years of experience in law and business development and management, with an emphasis on commercial and insurance litigation and real estate transactions and litigation. Sanjiv graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in management information systems (magna cum laude with distinction), and is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s College of Law.

Cynthia comes to CATIC with 20 years of experience working in the title insurance industry, most recently as Agency Account Manager for one of the large national title insurance companies. In her new position with CATIC, Cynthia will be responsible for agency business development and service, including the recruitment of new agents and all related tasks and duties.
